Axis9 challenges the notion of what an office building can be. This bold repositioning transforms a downtown Seattle office asset into a hospitality-inspired workplace destination. Designed as the axis where hospitality, wellness, collaboration, and immersive design converge, it redefines the tenant experience. Rooted in Seattle's Emerald City identity, this project demonstrates how thoughtful redevelopment creates lasting value by placing the human sensory experience and emotional resonance at the center of the future workplace.
