This 48,000 sf renovation transformed two floors of Bellevue's City Center Plaza into a workplace for a confidential client. As the first phase of a larger campus, the project establishes the design vision for future growth while creating a workplace centered on collaboration, hospitality, and employee well-being. Built within an occupied high-rise, the project combined custom finishes, complex life safety upgrades, and advanced coordination technologies to deliver a distinctive Pacific Northwest workplace.
