Description
Signal Point is a 240-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Liberty Lake, WA. Community amenities include a clubhouse, leasing center, gym, pool and spa, dog park, and thoughtfully designed outdoor entertainment spaces. The Project delivered in just 20 months (7 months ahead of schedule) and $3M under budget. Lease-up averaged 25 units/month vs. 15 projected - generating ~25 bps of additional yield and received the 2025 Costar Impact Award for Apartment Development of the Year.
